饮水管材中挥发酚含量测定方法的改进探究——4-氨基安替吡啉分光光度法

摘要 测定饮水管材中挥发酚的含量,若按国标规定的方法测定时,由于4-基安替吡啉易变质的影响,使得测定不能正常进行,对它进行提纯、改变加人量、离心破乳后,经检测、验证,极大地改善了检测的难度,使检测成功率大大提高。经测量质控样及加标回收率证明,该方法切实、可靠、可行,提高了测定的准确度。 Because the 4-Aminoantipyrine is not stable, it is difficult to measure the volatile phenol in the pipe using the national standard method. The measuring difficulty will be decreased and the success rate will be increased after purification, amount variation and centrifugal emulsion breaking. It shows that the method is reliable and reasonable and it can improve the accuracy of the measuring.
