摘要
针对首都水资源短缺与生态环境恶化等问题，怀来县作为其上游地区积极开展水土流失治理工作，在源头上改善生态环境、减少水土流失，以21世纪首都水资源可持续利用规划中的怀来县辛川项目区为例，通过对项目区的地理位置、气候以及土壤的基本情况、水土流失现状以及危害进行介绍，并总结了该县在这个项目上的经验、做法及水土流失治理措施，为今后类似区域水土流失治理提供参考。
In view of capital water resources shortage and ecological environment deterioration, Huailai county, as the upper reaches of Beijing, actively carry out soil and water conservation for the downstream and then the ecological environment will be improved and soil and water loss will be reduced.
