摘要
进度管理将直接影响着工程的造价和质量,而工期的合理确定,不仅可以为投资者节约成本而且可以最大限度的确保工程质量。在分析影响工程进度的各风险因素基础上,对影响工程进度各风险因素采用效用曲线进行风险分析,排除不可靠工期,对余下的可能工期进行模糊综合评价,获得项目的科学合理工期。算例分析表明文中方法对工程项目进度管理具有一定的实用性,为工程实际提供参考。
Schedule management will directly affect the engineering cost and quality. The reasonable construction period can not only save cost for investors hut also ensure the quality of the project. Based on analyzing risk factors, it adopted utility curve to carry out risk analysis for risk factors, eliminated unreliable construction period and carried on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the rest of the possible period. Case study shows that this method has some practicality for engineering project schedule management and provides a reference for the engineering practice.
