摘要
结合西店卫星城市水利工程建设管理的实践，从工程的设计管理、招投标管理、施工管理、合同及资金管理等几个方面对工程建设管理进行了探讨，着重强调了施工过程中应重点抓好的几个环节。为今后的水利工程建设提洪有益的参考。
In this paper, combined with the Xidian satellite eity construction of water conservancy project management praetice, from the design of the project man- agement, tendering and bidding management, construction management, contract and fund management and other aspects of the projeet management are discussed, emphasizing the construction process should foeus on several aspects. For the future of the construction of water conservancy project to provide useful reference.
