摘要
在介绍主成分分析方法的基础上，以河北省为例，运用主成分分析法从11个水资源承载力驱动力因素中选取出水资源承载力驱动力的2个主成分，即社会经济因素和水资源利用效率因素，改变经济发展模式和提高水资源利用率是缓解河北省水资源承载力压力的重要措施。
In Introducing essential thought and calculating methods, taking Hebei province as an example, the article selects two components from 11 driving forces of water resource carrying capacity in Hebel province through components analysis method-socioeconomic factors and utilization efficiency of water resources. the economic development model and improving utilization efficiency of water resources are very important and necessary for Hebei province.
