摘要 高截留量膜最初用于清除严重脓毒症的炎症介质,近年来被用于治疗骨髓瘤管型肾病、横纹肌溶解等疾病,并有望用于终末期肾病患者大分子毒素的清除。本文就高截留量膜的定义、理论基础、高截留量血液透析相关技术及临床应用进展作一简述。 Initially designed to remove the inflamamatory mediators in the patients with severe sepsis,high cut-off membranes have being applicated in the treatment of myeloma kidney and rhabdomyolysis. Furthermore, high cut-off membranes have a potential for the removal of uremic toxins with large molecules in the patients with end-stage renal disease. This review is to summarize the definition, rational, techniques and advancement in the clinical application of high cut-off membranes.
