klotho蛋白与心力衰竭患者肾脏损害的相关性 被引量：4

摘要 目的研究klotho蛋白与心力衰竭患者肾脏损害的相关性。方法收集115例心力衰竭患者血样本,采用ELISA方法检测klotho蛋白,分析不同心力衰竭程度、不同血肌酐(Cr)水平与klotho蛋白之间的关系。结果心力衰竭患者NYHAⅠ～Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级及Ⅳ级血清klotho蛋白吸光度分别为0.453±0.123、0.345±0.130及0.237±0.121,组间比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05);心力衰竭A组、心肾综合征B组及心肾综合征C组患者血清klotho蛋白吸光度分别为0.431±0.119、0.331±0.127及0.224±0.125,组间比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭程度、心力衰竭肾脏损伤程度与低水平klotho蛋白有关,klotho蛋白可作为判断心衰病情严重程度的指标之一。
