摘要
目的:比较激励教学方法与传统教学方法的应用效果。方法:在2009级医疗美容专业与2010级医疗美容专业各随机抽取一个小班作为研究对象,一个班为对照班,采用传统教学法;另一个实验班,采用激励教学方法,采用问卷调查和期中、期末考试成绩。结果:问卷调查的各项指标、期末考试成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:激励教学法不仅可以有效激发学生学习兴趣,提高学习主动性,增强信心,还可以全方面提高综合素养。
Objective Comparison of excitation teaching and traditional teaching.Methods In 2009 level and level 2010 medical cosmetology professional each randomly selected from a group as the research object,A class for the control class,using the traditional teaching.Another experimental class,using excitation teaching,Using questionnaires and mid-term,final exam.Results Questionnaire survey of each index,final examination results were better than the control group.Conclusion Incentive teaching approach can not only effectively stimulate students interest in learning,enhance the learning initiative,confidence,but also can improve all aspects of comprehensive quality.
