电解质阳离子与2型糖尿病关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 体内大部分金属离子参与构成了人体体液的无机电解质成分,其中主要包括钠、钾、钙和镁。它们在维持血浆渗透压、酸碱平衡及神经、肌肉的兴奋性方面发挥着重要作用。就糖稳态而言,电解质所提供的稳定的内环境对维持体内血糖、胰岛素水平和作用有着重要影响。本文对电解质阳离子与2型糖尿病发生发展关系的研究进展作一综述。
