七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液对于LASIK术后眼调节力的影响

Influence of Esculin and Digitalisglycosides eye drops on accommodation of eyes after laser in-situ keratomileusis surgery

目的观察七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液对LASIK术后眼调节功能的影响。方法在本院门诊行LASIK手术的患者200例(400只眼),随机分为治疗组(97例194只眼)和对照组(103例206只眼)。从术后第1天开始,治疗组给予七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液,对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液,疗程1个月。分别于术前、术后1周、1个月进行调节功能检查,比较2组单眼调节幅度、调节滞后及正/负相对性调节情况。结果 1.术后1周时,所有患者的单眼调节幅度、正相对性调节均较术前下降(P<0.05),随着时间延长,逐渐恢复,至术后1个月时均较术前提高(P<0.05)。2."单眼调节幅度"术后1周与术前差值、术后1个月与术前差值比较,治疗组大于对照组(P<0.05)。"正相对性调节"术后1周与术前的差值、术后1个月与术后1周差值比较,治疗组也均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液能改善LASIK术后调节功能。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical effects of Esculin and Digitalisglycosides eye drops on accommodation of eyes after LASIK.METHODS Two hundred myopic patients（400 eyes） treated by LASIK were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（97 patients,194 eyes） and control group（103 patients,206 eyes）.On the first day after LASIK,the treatment group was given Esculin and Digitalisglycosides eye drops;the control group was given Sodium Hyaluronate eye drops.The treatment course was about 1 month.The simple eye amplitude of accommodation,lag of accommodation and positive /negative relative accommodation were measured before surgery,one week and one month after surgery.RESULTS 1.The simple amplitude of accommodation and positive relative accommodation of both groups descended one week after LASIK while increased one month after LASIK.There were significant differences（P0.05）.2.The simple amplitude of accommodation＇s changes of postoperative one week and one month were significantly larger than that of pre-operation（P0.05）.The positive relative accommodation＇s changes of postoperative one week and one month were also significantly larger than that of pre-operation（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS Esculin and Digitalisglycosides eye drops could improve the patients＇ accommodative functions.
