CT仿真内镜在听骨链病变中的临床应用

Evaluation of CT virtual endoscopy in the Diagonsis of Congenital

目的探讨CT仿真内镜(CTVE)在听骨链病变中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析34例听骨链CTVE图像资料。结果对临床检测骨传导异常的患者34例进行归类分析。正常听骨链18例,锤骨骨折3例,砧骨骨折2例,砧骨发育畸形2例,慢性中耳炎合并胆脂瘤听小骨破坏6例。结论CTVE能良好显示听小骨病变的类型,为病变的定性诊断和治疗方案的正确制定提供重要佐证。

Objective To investigate the CT virtual endoscopy（CTVE）ossieular chain reconstruction value of clinical applications.Methods A retrospective analysis of 34 cases CTVE image data.ossicular chain,Results The normal ossicular chain 18 patients,3 cases,malleus fracture dislocation of the joint stock,2 joint dislocation Deng anvil,2 cases of chronic ear bone destruction to small breed dash forward phlogistic,6 cases with cholesteatoma formation nerve damage,Conclusion CTVE was very valuable clinically on marking accurate diagnosis and correct decision of surgical plan.
