2011年河南省三门峡市手足口病流行特征及病原学分析

Epidemiological characteristics and pathogenic analysis of hand-foot-mouth disease in Sanmenxia City of Henan in 2011

目的了解2011年河南省三门峡市手足口病流行状况,为进一步调整手足口病防控策略和措施提供依据。方法收集"疾病监测信息报告管理系统"所报告的三门峡市手足口病资料和实验室病原学检测结果,对其进行分析。结果 2011年共报告三门峡市手足口病例1 976例,其中重症病例18例,占病例总数的0.91%,死亡病例1例,6月份发病例数达到高峰,与2010年相比,发病高峰推迟。重症病例集中在4-9月份,发病例数以灵宝市最多,发病率以湖滨区最高。男女性别发病比例为1.59∶1。1岁～年龄组发病数最多,占病例总数的31.93%。职业发病构成中散居儿童最多,占所报告病例总数的70.70%。2011年实验室检测病例110例,仍以EV71阳性病例所占比例最高,为88.18%。结论三门峡市2011年手足口病发病高峰延迟,EV71是流行的优势毒株,与2010年EV71阳性病例所占比例相比明显上升。

[Objective]To investigate the epidemic status of hand-foot-mouth disease in Sanmenxia City of Henan in 2011,provide the evidence for further adjustment of prevention and control measures for hand-foot-mouth disease.[Methods]The data of hand-foot-mouth disease from the Diseases reporting information system and the results of pathogenic detection in Sanmenxia City were collected and analyzed.[Results]A total of 1 976 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were reported in Sanmenxia City in 2011,and there were 18（0.91%） severe cases and 1 death case.The peak season was in June,which was later as compared with 2010.Most of severe cases were reported from April to September,the Lingbao City had the most number of cases,and Hubin District had the highest incidence rate.The ratio of male-to-female was 1.59∶ 1.31.93% of total cases were children aged 1-2 year-old,and 70.70% of total cases were scattered children.110 cases were tested by laboratory detection in 2011,and the majority of cases were positive for EV71,which accounted for 88.18%.[Conclusion]The peak season of hand-foot-mouth disease in Sanmenxia City appeared later in 2011,EV71 is the dominant virus,and the percentage of the EV71 positive cases is significantly higher than that in 2010.
