2011年柳城县艾滋病疫情分析

Analysis of AIDS epidemic situation in Liucheng County in 2011

目的了解广西柳城县艾滋病感染趋势和流行特点,为进一步预防控制艾滋病流行提供科学依据。方法对2011年柳城县艾滋病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2011年柳城县共发现HIV/AIDS共274例,其中男性205例,女性69例,男女比例为2.97∶1;20～49岁占总病例数52.92%;农民占68.25%;传播途径以性接触传播为主,占91.60%,其次为经静脉注射吸毒占6.57%。结论 2011年柳城县艾滋病感染者以男性青壮年为主,性接触为主要传播途径。该县应根据流行特点,采取相应防治措施。

[ Objective] To understand the infection trend and epidemic characteristics of AIDS in Liucheng County of Guangxi, pro- vide a scientific basis for further prevention and control of AIDS. [ Methods] The data of AIDS epidemic situation in Liucheng Coun- ty in 2011 were analyzed. [ Results ] A total of 274 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported in Liucheng County in 2011, which included 205 male cases and 69 female cases, and the male-to-female ratio was 2.97： 1. 52.92% of total cases were people aged 20-49 years old, and 68.25% were farm workers. The major transmission route was sexual eontact~ which accounted for 91.60%, followed by intravenous drug abuse {6.57% }. [ Conclusion] The majority of AIDS infectors in Liucheng County in 2011 are adult males, and the major transmission route is sexual contact. It is necessary to carry out relevant prevention measures according to the epidemic characteristics of AIDS.
