Evaluation on control effect of occupational hazards in a new aviation coating plant

目的对某航空材料厂进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法以及作业工人职业性健康检查相结合的方法进行综合分析和评价。结果该项目职业病危害因素有甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸丁酯、丁酮、异丙醇和噪声,现场检测结果均符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目职业病危害控制效果合格,可呈报职业卫生监督部门进行该建设项目的职业卫生验收工作。

[Objective]To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in an aviation coating plant.[Methods]The comprehensive analysis and evaluation was conducted by the combination methods of field investigation,check list,inspection and occupational physical examination.[Results]The occupational hazard factors of this project were toluene,xylene,butyl acetate,butanone,isopropanol and noise.All results of field detection met the national occupational health standards.[Conclusion]The control effect of occupational hazards in this project is qualified,and it can be reported to the health supervision department to implement the acceptance of occupational health.
