摘要
目的建立同时分离测定工作场所中镍和钴的方法。方法利用超声波浸取直接火焰原子分光光度法测定。结果该方法加标回收率范围镍为94.7%~106.4%,钴为92.8%~107.6%,相对标准偏差两者都小于10%。结论该方法具有简单、环保、准确等优点,可用于工作场所中镍和钴的测定。
[Objective]To establish a method for simultaneous determination of Ni and Co in workplace.[Methods]The Sample was digested with leaching of ultrasonic wave and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).[Results]The recoveries of the method were 94.7%-106.4% for Ni and 92.8%-107.6% for Co,with RSDs less than 10%.[Conclusion]This method is simple,environmentally friendly,accurate,and can be used for determination of Ni and Co in workplace.
