应急物资运输的两阶段车辆调度模型 被引量:22

摘要 针对大规模突发事件爆发后,应急物资运输车辆不足,需要多次、分阶段将应急物资运送到需求点的情况,本文将传统车辆调度模型中车辆在完成阶段运输任务后返回原始出发点的假设条件予以放松,以应急物资运输的全局完成时间最早为目标,建立了基于车辆紧缺假设的两阶段车辆调度模型,并根据问题的特点设计了相应的启发式算法并给出了算例,在可接受的时间内得到了较为满意的优化结果,有效提升了应急物资运输车辆的使用效率。 When a large-scale emergency breaks out, vehicles are usually insufficient while the emergency resources should be delivered to the demand points by many times or stages, therefore, the assumption that a vehicle must return to the supply point which it starts off in the traditional vehicle scheduling model should be relaxed. Under the objective of minimizing the total time of completing the transportation of emergency resources, this paper proposes a two-stage vehicle scheduling model of transportation of emergency resources under the supposition of the lack of vehicles. Then a heuristic approach is designed in accordance with the characteristics of the model. Finally, a numerical example is given. The satisfactory optimization results are obtained in an acceptable time, which effectively improves the efficiency of vehicles.
