摘要
2011年5月9日广西壮族自治区来宾市某医疗机构报告了2例疑似流行性脑脊髓膜炎病例,患者有发热、头痛、呕吐、颈项强直等症状,脑脊液(CSF)呈化脓性改变,经实验室检测确诊为W135群流脑病例。患者经抗感染、降颅压等对症支持治疗后治愈出院。当地疾控部门采取了隔离患者、疫苗接种、健康教育等综合防控措施,疫情得到有效控制。
On 9 May 2011,two cases of meningococcal disease were reported in a hospital in Labin.The clinical manifestation of the patients included fever,headache,vomiting and stiff neck.The cerebrospinal fluid（CSF） samples of the patients were purulent.Neisseria meningitides serogroup W135 was detected.The patients were cured after treatment and the epidemic was effectively controlled by taking comprehensive measures including patient isolation,vaccination,and health education.
