介绍了债权转股权的特点、条件、要求及运作程序 ,分析了债转股的历史使命、意义及其局限性。
The paper introduced the characteristics, condition, requirement and operational procedure of shifting creditor's right to stock right. The historical mission, importance as well as its limitation are also analyzed in this paper. 〔
