The key specifications for the procurement of category K1 cable applied in CPR1000 nuclear power plant are presented;the operation conditions of category K1 cable,as well as the qualification processes and methods for the cable are analyzed.Furthermore,the irradiation test,LOCA test,and life assessment methods for category K1 cable in CPR1000 nuclear power plant are described in detail,these implement valuable research and exploration for promoting the localization of category K1 cable in China.
