介绍了增强型7类屏蔽数据通信电缆的结构设计特点及开发要点。阐述了增强型7类屏蔽数据通信电缆的制造工艺及关键技术,重点对前三道工序绝缘单线生产(即拉丝—绝缘挤出串联生产)、绞对、绞对线组屏蔽和成缆进行了论述,以供同行借鉴及探讨。
The design characteristics and development points for enhanced Cat.7 LAN screened cable are presented.The production process and key technologies for this cable are described.It focuses on the description of the first 3 steps： wire drawing,tandem insulation production,twisting,and pairs screened.
