摘要
我国的油砂资源丰富,可采资源量22.58亿吨,位居全世界第5位,具有含油率中等、油质较好等特点。文中主要针对内蒙、新疆油砂,介绍了热碱水洗、水剂空气化、YSFL系列清洗剂、微乳剂、超声波辅助处理、溶剂萃取、热解干馏等技术的分离机理及研究进展。对我国油砂的开发利用前景作了展望,在当前国内石油资源紧张的情况下,油砂资源的充分利用必将提升我国能源的保障能力。
The oil sands are rich in China and the amount of exploitable resources can reach 2.258 billion tons, which is ranking No. 5 in the world. The oil content of Chinese oil sands is moderate and the oil quality is better. For the Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang oil sand, the research progress and separation mechanisms of hot alkaline wash, air-based agent, YSFL cleaning agents, microemulsion, ultrasonic processing, solvent extrac- tion and pyrolysis carbonization are introduced in the paper. The development and utilization of Chinese oil sands have good prospect and the oil sand resources will enhance our energy guarantee in the current tense situation of domestic oil resources.
