摘要
探讨竹浆纤维的鉴别方法。应用常规显微镜结合扫描电镜观察法、燃烧法、红外光谱法、化学溶解法鉴别竹浆纤维,并与粘胶纤维进行了对比。试验结果表明:竹浆纤维在外观、燃烧残留物、红外光谱吸收率及60%硫酸溶液中的溶解性方面均与粘胶纤维存在差异。认为,通过这些方法可以准确、方便地鉴别出竹浆纤维。
Methods of identifying bamboo fiber were discussed. Bamboo fiber was identified by conventional microscope combined with scanning electron microscope method, combustion method, infrared spectroscopy, chemical dissolu- tion method, then the test results were contrasted with viscose fiber. The test results show that differences between bamboo fiber and viscose are existent in aspects of appearance, combustion residues, infrared spectroscopy absorption rate and solubility in 60% sulfuric acid solution. It is considered that bamboo fiber can be identified accurately and easily through the above methods.
