粘胶基珍珠纤维纱线的纺制及强伸性能探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为研究粘胶基珍珠纤维的纺纱工艺及强伸性能,在相同条件下纺制了线密度为20.8 tex×2的6种纱线,并测试其强伸性能。研究结果表明:针对珍珠纤维纺纱时易静电的特点,车间相对湿度控制在75%左右为宜;采用传统开松机配以新型光电式电子喂毛斗进行开松,梳棉工序可通过增加刺辊速度提高梳棉效率;并条工序至少采用三道并合牵伸,提高条干均匀度;在珍珠纤维与粘胶纤维的混纺纱中,当珍珠纤维含量为50%时,纱线具有较高的断裂强度和伸长率。 To research viscose base pearl fiber spinning processing and the yam strength & elongation,six kinds of 20.8 rexx2 yarn were spun in same condition, the yarn strength & elongation were tested. The result shows that temperature & humidity in workshop should be about 75% according to pearl fiber characteristics. Traditional opener accompa- nied by new photoelectric electronic feed wool bucket was adopted,lick-in speed was increased to improve carding machine efficiency. Three drawing were adopted to improve sliver evenness. For pearl fiber viscose fiber blended yam, when pearl fiber content is about 50% ,breaking strength and elongation of the blended yarn are better.
