摘要
《滇南本草》是一部很有特色和价值的地方性本草学专著,为明代滇省著名的医药学家兰茂先生所著。笔者通过对兰茂先生在该书中养生用药进行研究分析,初步总结出兰茂先生养生思想的特点。
Materia Medica of Yunnan is a very unique and valuable local monograph on materia media,was written by LAN Mao, who was a famous medical scientist of Ming dynasty in Yunnan province. The author summarized the the features of the health - preservation idea of Mr. LAN Mao by studying and analyzing the health- preservation and drug use in Materia Medica of Yunnan.
