摘要
概述了CPE工艺的发展历程。CPE工艺具有延伸系数大,适应薄壁钢管轧制,钢管D/S可达40以上的特点。在对工艺参数和设备选型进行分析讨论的基础上,指出CPE机组适合中小直径薄壁无缝钢管的生产,可用作中小规格、中等产量无缝钢管生产机组的升级改造选择机型;由CPE工艺生产小规格无缝钢管,可与连轧管工艺形成互补。
The development course of the CPE process is outlined here in the assay. This tube-making process is well capable of producing light-wall steel pipes owing to the large elongation coefficient that ensures D/S of the tube above 40. Based on discussion and analysis of the technology parameters and equipment selection data, it is concluded that the CPE pipe mill suits for manufacturing small/medium sized light-wall seamless steel pipes, being a targeted mill type for upgrading of the small/medium sized seamless steel pipe mill with a moderate production capacity. Moreover, for small-sized pipe production, the CPE process and the MPM process would be comple- mentary to each other.
