摘要
简述了ERW感应焊管的制管原理、制造和检验工艺流程。重点分析了影响ERW感应焊管焊缝接头质量的主要因素。指出焊管原材料的品质和焊管成型、焊接、热处理等制管工序质量对焊缝质量有重要影响;输入热量、挤压力、开口角、焊接速度以及感应线圈和阻抗器的放置位置等主要焊接工艺控制参数,直接影响焊缝的焊接质量。
Briefed here in article are the operation principle, the manufacturing process and the inspection process flow of the ERW induction welded pipe. Also analyzed in detail are the key factors that influence the seam joint quality of the said pipe. As a result, it is identified that the seam quality of the pipe is significantly influenced by the raw material quality, and the qualities of the pipe manufacturing operation steps, including formation, welding, heat treatment and so on. Furthermore, the seam welding quality of the pipe is also directly influenced by certain key control parameters of the welding process such as input heat amount, extruding force, opening angle, welding speed, and locations of the induction coil and the impedance transformer, etc.
