摘要
对2010年上半年苏里格地区所发生的钻具失效事故进行了数据收集和统计分析。统计表明,该地区最为常见的钻具失效类型依次为钻杆的疲劳/腐蚀疲劳失效、钻铤螺纹接头的疲劳/腐蚀疲劳失效和钻杆管体过载断裂失效3种。简单分析了导致这3种失效的原因,并提出了有效的预防措施。
It is performed to collect and statistically analyze the data related to the drilling tool failure cases as occurred on the work sites in the Surige region during the first half year of 2010. The statistical result indicates that there are three most regular types of drilling tool failures, i.e. fatigue/corrosion fatigue failure of the drill pipe as the No.l, then, fatigue/corrosion fatigue failure of the drill collar connection, and the last, the overload fracture failure of the drill pipe body. Causes for these three typical failure types are primarily discussed, and in turn, preventative actions are proposed.
