摘要
分析了催化裂化装置用闸阀内腔承受高温、高速介质的腐蚀和冲刷产生磨损的过程及原因。给出了通过壳体内腔热喷涂改进阀门内腔表面硬度和强度,提高阀门寿命的工艺分析和实施过程。
Analyses how and why the wear occurs by corrosion and erosion of high temperature and high speed medium in gate valve chamber used for FCCU, gives processing analysis and proctice by improving the surface hardness and strength of valve chamber by means of shell chamber thermal spraying, to improve valve service life.
