闸阀力学与密封性能的模拟与分析

摘要 通过数值模拟方法,考虑各部件间的相互影响,建立闸阀系统级的三维非线性有限元模型。计算钛合金阀体、座圈与闸板在外载荷作用下的应力值和变形量,分析各部件的力学性能、密封性能以及扭矩的合理性,为进一步结构优化工作提供了有效的参考依据。 The three-dimension non-linear finite element model of body-seat-wedge system of gate valve was modeled with numerical simulation method. The deformation and stress due to internal pressure and thrust were calculated, Aecroding to the results, the evaluation was performed to estimate the strength and stiffness of structure, the sealing performance of seat retainer, and the torsion of wedge. The simulation and analysis provide a valid reference for the further structure optimization.
