建设体育强国和努力实现体育公共服务均等化发展战略是贯彻落实科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分,又是新时期新疆体育体制改革与制度创新的重点工作任务。文章通过剖析体育公共服务及均等化的概念内涵,进而结合新疆体育公共服务开展现状及均等化实现程度,因地制宜提出切实有效的对策,为新疆体育公共服务均等化研究提供新的理论与实践研究视角。
