摘要
目的:研究白芷Angelica dahurica的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、重结晶等方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,采用光谱法鉴定其结构。结果:从白芷75%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离鉴定了14个化合物,分别为水合氧化前胡内酯(Ⅰ)、比克白芷素(Ⅱ)、异氧化前胡内酯(Ⅲ)、Oxypeucedanin hydrate acetonide(Ⅳ)、珊瑚菜内酯(Ⅴ)、异欧前胡素(Ⅵ)、7H-Furo[3,2-g][1]benzopyran-7-one,9-me-thoxy-4-(3-methyl-2-oxobutoxy)-(Ⅶ)、佛手柑内酯(Ⅷ)、花椒素酚(Ⅸ)、neobyakangelicol(Ⅹ)、豆甾醇(Ⅺ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅻ)、硬脂酸()、棕榈酸()。结论:化合物Ⅶ为首次从该属中分离得到,化合物I~X均为线性呋喃香豆素衍生物。
objective:To study the chemical constituents from the dry root of Angelica dahurica. Methods:Compounds were isolated by C -18 column,Sephadex LH -20. Their structures were eluci- dated by spectral analysis. Results:Fourteen compounds wereisolated and their structures were identi- fied as oxypeucedanin ( Ⅰ ), byakangelicin ( Ⅱ ), isooxypeucedanin ( Ⅲ ), oxypeucedanin hydrate ace- tonide ( Ⅳ ), phellopterin ( Ⅴ ), isoimperatorin ( Ⅵ ),7 H - Furo [ 3,2 - g ] [ 1 ] benzopyran - 7 - one, 9 - methoxy - 4 - ( 3 - methyl - 2 - oxobutoxy) - ( Ⅶ ), bergapten ( Ⅷ ), xanthotoxol ( Ⅸ ), neobyakangeli- col( Ⅹ ), stigmasterol ( Ⅺ ) , daucosterol ( Ⅻ ), stearic acid ( ⅩⅢ ) , palmitic acid ( ⅩⅣ ). Conclusion: The compound Ⅶ was isolated form Angelica dahurica for the first time.
