摘要
目的:研究八味沉香胶囊的提取工艺。方法:应用正交实验筛选提取工艺的最佳条件。结果:醇提的最佳工艺条件为A2B1C2D3,水提的最佳工艺条件为A3B2C2,水蒸气提取挥发油的最佳工艺条件为A2B1C3,挥发油包合物的最佳工艺条件为A3B1C1。结论:八味沉香胶囊的提取工艺合理可行。
Objective：To study the extraction technology of Baweichenxiang capsule. Methods：To screen the best conditions of the extraction technology using the orthogonal test. Results：The optimum conditions of ethanol extraction technology are A2B1 C2D3;the optimum conditions of water extraction technology are A3 B2C2, the optimum conditions of volatile oil extracted by water vapor are A2B1 C3, the optimum conditions of the volatile oil inclusion are A3 B1 C1. Conclutions：The extraction technology of Baweichenxiang capsule is reasonable and practicable.
