摘要
在企业日益激烈的竞争中,生产班组作为企业生产经营活动的最基本管理单元,班组建设和管理的提升越来越受到重视。本文首先对班组管理的重要意义和作用进行简要阐述,然后从多方面着眼,结合企业运营实际对如何做好班组管理进行了详细分析,并提出具有实际意义的指导意见,最后通过分析班组长的工作重点和要求,从实务、细节方面对班组管理给出实际操作意见,旨在让企业建立一支高效、凝聚力强的战斗团队,不断增强企业竞争力。
Among the fierce enterprise competition, a team has been a most basic management unit in the production activity and it has been taken more attention in team build and management. This paper first introduce the meaning and effects of team management, going into a deeper view about team management combine with the enterprise running.At the same time I put forward guide opinions about the team management.Through analyze the key work points and requirements of the team leader, giving a operation opinion from details and pragmatic.In regards of building a effective and cohesion team to strengthen enterprise competition ability.
