摘要
压射系统是挤压铸造设备的关键部件之一。挤压铸造生产过程中,压射系统温度场的获得将有利于以下的研究:一是对压射装置的分析,进而提高压射装置的运行精度和稳定性;二是从提高铸件的力学性能和改善铸件的微光组织角度出发,对压射工艺参数的研究;三是研究金属熔液在压射过程中的热传导,计算压射装置和金属熔液的温度,精确控制金属熔液的凝固过程。基于以上的研究目的,提出了用于压射系统温度采集装置的设计方案。
Injection system is one of the key components of the squeeze casting equipment.During the process of squeeze casting,the acquisition of temperature field of injection system will be beneficial to the following study: first,for the analysis of injection device,and improve the accuracy and stability of operation for injection device,second,from the perspective of improvement of mechanical properties of casting and glimmer of casting organization,study of the injection process parameters,third,research of heat transfer of the Liquid metal in the shooting process,calculating the temperature of the injection device and the Liquid metal,precisely controlling the solidification process of the Liquid metal.Based on the above objective,put forward a temperature acquisition device of injection system.
