摘要
采用自行设计的温控系统进行油温控制,根据厂家要求,对其A8传动箱传动效率进行测试,定性分析传动箱的传动效率,根据实验数据得出了某些条件下传动效率偏低的原因分析,最终给出了相应的建议和解决方案。
According to the manufacturers requirements,use Self-designed temperature control system for oil temperature control in order to test the transmission efficiency of A8 gearbox and qualitative analysis of the transmission efficiency of the gear box.According to experimental data obtained the cause analysis of the low transmission efficiency under certain conditions.Ultimately,the appropriate recommendations and solutions are given.
