常规放疗与加速超分割放疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Conventional Radiotherapy with Accelerated Hyperfractionated Radiotherapy Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:观察比较分析常规放疗与加速超分割放疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的拒绝手术或者不满足手术条件的中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者60例。随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规分割的放射治疗,观察组采用加速超分割的放射方法,对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:通过放射治疗后1年复查,观察组有效率(83.33%)明显高于对照组(53.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:加速超分割放疗在治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌上近期效果明显好于常规分割放射治疗,在临床上值得推广使用。

Objective：To observe the comparative analysis of conventional radiotherapy and hyperfractionated accelerated radiotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods：The hospital admitted to reject surgery or surgery does not meet the conditions of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in 60 patients.Randomly divided into control group and observation group and control group with conventional fractionated radiation therapy in the observation group accelerated hyperfractionated radiation method,the two groups of treatment were analyzed.Results：1 year after radiotherapy review,observation group was（83.33%） was significantly higher（53.33%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：The accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer significantly better short-term effect on the conventional fractionated radiation therapy in clinical practice should be widely used.
