腹腔镜下阑尾切除术119例的临床价值

Aram Tail Lesection of the 119 Cases of under the Laparoscope Clinical Value

目的:探讨采用腹腔镜阑尾切除切口选择的临床应用价值。方法:回顾2009年7月至2011年7月间收治急、慢性阑尾炎在腹腔镜下选择切口实施阑尾切除的临床资料。结果:全组病例119例,其中118例患者顺利完成阑尾切除手术,术后无并发症及腹腔感染,平均手术时间41.5分钟。结论:经腹腔镜行阑尾切除术,安全可靠有效,创伤小,术后恢复快,腹部皮肤美容,并发症低,值得临床推广。

Objective：Discuss aram tail removed the incision selection value of clinical application by using laparoscope.Methods：Review the clinical data of the acute and chronic appendicitis in laparoscopic resection of the implementation of aram choice incision from July 2009 to July 2011.Results：The group of 119 cases of patients,including 118 patients with complete aram tail surgery,without postoperative complications and celiac infection,average operation time is 41.5 minutes.Conclusion：The laparoscopic resection of the tail,safe,reliable and effective,small trauma,faster recovery,complications is low,worth clinical promotion.
