全结肠净化排毒疗法对老年慢性肾功能衰竭治疗的临床研究

The Clinical Research of Older Chronic Renal Failure by Whole Colon Cleanse Detox Therapy

目的:探讨全结肠净化排毒疗法对老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:分析我院老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者60例临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组30例和对照组30例。结果:观察组慢性肾功能衰竭患者临床症状评分、SCr、BUN、UA及临床治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:全结肠净化排毒疗法对老年肾功能衰竭患者的临床症状改善明显,效果良好,值得临床应用。

Objective：To approach the clinical curative effect of older chronic renal failure by whole colon cleanse detox therapy.Methods：To analyze 60 cases clinical data of older chronic renal failure patients in our hospital,which was to be divided into detection group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Results：The clinical symptom score、SCr、BUN、UA and clinical treatment of total efficiency of chronic renal failure of detection group were higher than control group,P0.05,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：The clinical symptoms of older chronic renal failure by whole colon cleanse detox therapy were obviously,effect of good,which was to be used.
