静脉溶栓联合局部亚低温治疗急性缺血性卒中疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究脑局部亚低温联合尿激酶静脉溶栓来治疗100例急性缺血性卒中患者的临床疗效。方法:100例急性脑梗死患者,随机将其分为一般对照组50例和尿激酶静脉溶栓联合脑局部亚低温治疗组50例。对于一般对照组和联合静脉溶栓亚低温治疗组,均给予常规治疗,对于联合静脉溶栓亚低温治疗组,增加局部亚低温治疗联合尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗。结果:治疗组患者的临床疗效均明显优于对照组,与对照组相比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组患者神经功能缺损程度评分效果明显优于对照组,与对照组相比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论::亚低温联合尿激酶静脉溶栓来治疗急性缺血性卒中患者是安全有效的方法。 Objective:To study regional cerebral mild hypothermia and intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase for the treatment of 100 cases of acute ischemic stroke in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods:100 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into normal control group of 50 cases and intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase regional cerebral mild hypothermia therapy group 50 cases.For the normal control group and in combination with intravenous thrombolysis mild hypothermia treatment group were given conventional treatment combined with intravenous thrombolysis mild hypothermia treatment group,the increase of local mild hypothermia therapy in combination with intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase therapy.Results:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group compared with the control group,with significant differences(P〈0.05).Treatment of patients with neurological deficit scores better than the control group,compared with the control group,with significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Mild hypothermia and intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase for the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke is safe and effective method.
