卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗高血压的临床疗效探讨

To Discuss the Clinical Curative Effects of Using Captopril and Nifedipine Together to Treat Hypertension

目的:分析并评价卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗高血压的临床效果及安全性。方法:将我院2008年5月～2009年9月收治高血压患者198例随机分为两组,其中对照组102例,采用卡托普利口服治疗;实验组96例,在对照组治疗基础之上,加用硝苯地平口服治疗;疗程均为10周,治疗结束后评价并比较两组临床效果及安全性。结果:经过10周治疗,实验组患者治疗总有效率(95.8%)明显高于对照组患者(77.5%),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时对照组患者不良反应发生率(33.3%)明显高于实验组患者(6.3%),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯使用卡托普利治疗相比,卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗高血压临床疗效显著,安全性可靠,具有临床推广使用价值。

Objective：To analyze and evaluate the clinical curative effects and safety of using captopril and nifedipine together to treat hypertension.Methods：Chose 198 of these hypertension patients who have been treated at our hospital from May 2008 to September 2009 and divided them into two groups randomly.The control group has 102 patients and used per oral captoprilas treatment,while the experimental group has 96 patients and added per oral nifedipineas treatment on the basis of the control group’s treatment.The course of treatment was 10 weeks,evaluated and compared these two groups’ clinical curative effects and safety after the treatment.Results：After 10 weeks of the treatment,the experimental group’s overall treatment rate（95.8%） is obviously higher than the control group’s（77.5%）,the differences between these two groups have statistics meaning（P〈0.05）;In the meantime,patients’ adverse effects rate in the control group（33.3%）is obviously higher than the experimental group’s patients’（6.3%）,the differences between these two groups have statistics meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared used captoprilas only as treatment,adopted captoprilas combined nifedipine to treat hypertension has evident clinical curative effects,and it is safe enough,it has clinical application value.
