摘要
目的:描述一例典型的子宫血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤。方法:通过专科及病理检查对患者进行诊断,确诊后行全子宫+双附件+盆腔包块切除术。结果:病检诊断为子宫血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤。术中大量出血。患者1年后死亡。结论:子宫血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤术中易大量出血,恶性表现者预后不良。
Objective：To report a case with malignant uterine perivascular epithelioid cell tumor.Methods：Biopsy for masses in vagina was conducted and hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy plus pelvic massed resection were performed.Results：The case was diagnosed as malignant uterine perivascular epithelioid cell tumor by pathological examination.Massive hemorrhage was found during the operation and the case died one year later.Conclusion：Uterine perivascular epithelioid cell tumor has an inclination to hemorrhage during operation.Malignant uterine perivascular epithelioid cell tumor showed a bad prognosis.
