65例大肠癌围手术期的护理

65 Cases of Colorectal Cancer Perioperative Care

目的:探讨大肠癌患者围手术期的护理特点。方法:回顾总结我院自2007年9月～2010年10月65例采用手术治疗的大肠癌患者的资料。通过加强围手术期的护理,做好患者术前的心理护理,给予高蛋白、高热量、富含维生素、易于消化的少渣饮食,口服肠道抗生素和清洁肠道,术后给予常规护理及预防并发症发生。结果::65例患者经过精心护理后无并发症发生。结论:重视大肠癌患者围手术期的护理,可使患者平稳度过围手术期,降低术后并发症,提高手术治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,缩短住院时间,降低患者医疗费用。

Objective：Patients with colorectal cancer perioperative care characteristics.Methods：To review summarizes our hospital since September 2007,2010 to October 65 cases by the surgical treatment of the colorectal cancer patients information.Through the strengthening perioperative care,completes the patients preoperative psychological care,to give high protein,high quantity of heat,rich in vitamins,easy to digest food less slag,oral intestinal antibiotics and clean the intestine,postoperative nursing and give regular prevent complications occurred.Results：65 cases after careful nursing after no complications.Conclusion：Pay attention to patients with colorectal cancer perioperative care,in patients with stable through perioperative,reduce postoperative complications,improve the treatment effect,improve the quality of life of the patients,shorten the time in hospital patients with lower health care costs.
