上腔静脉-右肺动脉分流术治疗三尖瓣闭锁的术后护理

Post-operative Care of The Superior Vena Cava - right Pulmonary Artery Shunt for Treatment of Tricuspid Atresia

目的:总结10例上腔静脉-右肺动脉分流术治疗三尖瓣闭锁的术后护理。方法:术后采取半坐卧位,加强呼吸道护理,持续监测末梢血氧饱和度,循环系统监测护理,保持引流管通畅。结果:本组患者术后末梢血氧饱和度由(74%±9%)上升至(92%±5%)。无一例患者死亡,术后恢复良好,顺利出院。结论:术后良好的护理管理,减少了并发症的发生,提高了患者的生存率。

Objective：To summarize 10 cases of superior vena cava-right pulmonary artery shunt for treatment of tricuspid atresia,post-operative care.Methods：After take semi-lying position,to strengthen the respiratory care,continuous monitoring of peripheral oxygen saturation monitoring the care of the circulatory system,the drainage tube patency.Results：The postoperative peripheral oxygen saturation（74% ± 9%） increased to（92% ± 5%）.No patient died,recovered well postoperatively and was discharged.Conclusion：Postoperative care management,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the survival rate of patients.
