摘要
目的:探讨健康促进工作在健康体检中的应用效果以及开展措施。方法:选取在我院健康体检人员800例,平均分成两组,对照组予以常规体检方式和观察身体健康状况;试验组患者除常规体检外,医生根据其个体情况进行医疗评估以及辅助检查,并根据相应的医疗检查做出医疗诊断。结果:试验组患者对自身体质了解情况达到全面了解的有83%,而对照组患者只有60.3%;对照组患者的体检满意度为74.0%,试验组为91.3%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康促进在健康体检中有着重要作用。患者不仅充分掌握自身机体情况,且提高了对医护人员的工作满意度,促进医院工作的顺利开展。
Objective：To study the health promotion in the healthy check-up of the application effect and carry out measures.Methods：The physical examination personnel in our hospital in 800,average into two groups： control group to conventional medical and health way observing body;The medical group in addition to routine patients,doctors to its individual situation of medical evaluation and auxiliary examination,and according to the corresponding medical check to make medical diagnosis.Results：Patients to their own constitution group know the situation to the overall understanding is 83%,and only 60.3% patients;In the patients in the medical satisfaction was 74.0%,the group is 91.3%,two groups of comparisons difference determined was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Health promotion in the healthy check-up has the important effect.Patients not only fully grasp the body itself,and improve the medical staff job satisfaction,promote the smooth development of hospital work.
