以昆山水环境质量与水污染排放现状为依据,从水环境安全体系和水环境安全保障体系方面研究。提出如何通过水源地保护、河道和湖泊水质改善、优化产业结构、完善城镇污水收集和处理系统、制定水污染防治规划、促进污水集中处理和环保设施的市场化运作等方式来构建昆山市水环境安全支撑体系。

Based on the water environmental quality and water pollution emissions of the Kunshan city, the respect of water environment safety system and water environmental system security are comprehensively studied. And it put forward how to through the water source protection, river courses and lakes water quality improvement, optimize the industrial structure, improve the urban sewage collection and processing system, formulate plans for preventing and controlling water pollution, promote sewage treatment and environmental protection facilities on the market operation, and other ways to construct water environment security support system of Kunshan city.
