摘要
针对某型飞机腹鳍为轻质复合材料结构,受结构和所处位置的限制,无法采用传统贴胶布带或用卡板加载标定方式的问题,设计并实现基于负压真空原理的标定试验加载系统。并利用有限元技术对加载装置进行可靠性分析。完成了此结构部件的加载标定试验。试验结果表明此加载系统安全可靠,对结构部件不会再造成任何损伤,为结构部件的载荷谱实测标定试验提供了一种新的加载标定方法。
In the calibration experiment of aircraft' s ventral fin made by lightweight composite materials, calibration load can not be applied by traditional adhesive tape or board with the limition of its position and matertials. To solve the problem, the use of negative pressure vacuum technology and designing the whole loading system, and reliability of loading device are analyzed by finite element analysis. The structural calibration tests is completed. The results show that the system is reliable and safty, which provides a new approach for the calibration experiments of aircraft structures.
