摘要
介绍了力反馈电液伺服阀的结构与原理,建立了其数学模型,确定了其稳定性条件。通过给定电液伺服阀的技术指标,确定了伺服阀的结构参数。根据稳定性条件,判定电液伺服阀的稳定性,同时给出了电液伺服阀的稳定裕度与阻尼比的关系。
The structure and principle of the force feedback electro-hydraulic servo valve are introduced, estab- lished its mathematical model, analysed the stability of it. The technical requirements of the electro-hydraulic servo valve is given, determined the parameters of the electro-hydraulic servo valve. According to the stability conditions, the stability of the electro-hydraulic servo valve is determined. At the same time, the relationship is given between stability margin and damping ratio.
