摘要
应用环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)对猪支原体肺炎进行诊断应用研究,对来自黑龙江不同地区的患猪呼吸道疾病的肺脏病料64份进行检测,54份诊断为阳性,阳性率84.3%。健康猪鼻拭子共176份,经LAMP检测,157份为阳性,阳性率为89.2%。其中健康猪拭子带菌率较高,结果表明,LAMP技术可应用于猪支原体肺炎的临床诊断。
Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) was applied to study the diagnosis of swine mycoplasma pneumonia.64 material of swine respiratory and lung disease from different regions of Heilongjiang were detected,54 were diagnosed as positive,the positive rate was 84.3%.Total of 176 nasal swabs of healthy pigs were detected by LAMP,157 were positive,the positive rate was 89.2%.Healthy pigs swab carrier rate was more higher.The results showed that the LAMP technology could be applied to the clinical diagnosis of swine mycoplasma pneumonia.
