Logistics promoted social and economic development as ＂the third profit source＂.In line with the sustainable development of social economy and the future trend of modern logistics development,environmental logistics was demanded during the integration with the global economy.First the green degree evaluation index system of logistics system was put forward,then the evaluation model of fuzzy mathematics was established,and finally the degree of membership of index of logistics system was measured.The environmental logistics was developed by enterprise which was the trends of contemporary society by manifested completely,which could win the long-term competitive advantage for enterprises in market competition.
