高尿酸血症的发病机制以及黄酮类膳食对其干预作用 被引量:7

摘要 高尿酸血症是由于尿酸生成增多和(或)排泄减少导致的,多种尿酸转运蛋白构成的分子复合物和黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)均可影响尿酸生成水平。而高尿酸血症对痛风、糖尿病、心血管疾病的病理生理过程存在重要影响,故控制体内尿酸水平有重要卫生学意义。黄酮类化合物可通过多种途径调节机体尿酸生成与排泄,黄酮类膳食将有重要的应用前景。
